Angel Hat Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Angel Hat.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase order ids or additional information may be requested and is solely at the discretion of the suppliers .

• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

• If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return or other return methods by our suppliers. 

Shipping

• Most items are shipped within 3-10 business days. it will be dispatched from the nearest warehouse,  to or in your country for a desired item.

Returns

• Returns are at the discretion of our warehouses and is at the discretion of the purchase item warehouse.
